Out with a group of five to enjoy a kickass early spring day and hit a few houses and Crowe. This one was first on the list and right off the hop we got caught out by the farmer and his wife, who live across the road. Total class act, they explained they were just checking out what we were up to, and then gave us full access to the entire property. This house had fantastic textures, no signs of asshat human destruction and was a great rurex visit. The final shot of the letter dated 1944 is a tad out of focus, but it was the best one I had. That's probably the oldest correspondence I've come across, so had to include it.

It was amazing. Checking the time on my pics from first to last, plus adding on dicking around with the farmer before and gear gremlins after, we were there about an hour. I hope sQualie and Adriana and Ali add to the thread with what they saw!

Great pics Doom! You got a nice pic of the letter, I like how you set it on that wood.

You come beating like moth's wings, spastic and violently. Whipping me into a storm, shaking me down to the core.

Love the shot of the pants on the coat hanger. Cool texture and colour.

My soul is full of whispered song, my blindness is my sight; the shadows that I feared so long, are all alive with light.

Hot damn, this set is mouthwatering! Perfectly captures everything I love about those old houses in the middle of nowhere and why they are my favorite explores.

It was great meeting Doom vs, Adriana87, and Dave this weekend. Perfect weather to explore with a healthy dollop of mud to add to the fun. Here are some shots from my time at this place.

I think it was speculated that the jar contained pickles. If so, I wonder if they are now a biohazard?
