It was and continues to be a one-of-a-kind example of poured concrete construction. It contains 44 rooms - each one a unique work of art. Not a single blueprint was used, only hand-drawn sketches from Mercer's sketchbook. It has not been lived in since 1974, but it's also not by any means abandoned. Enjoy!
