I didn't see any cats  But I heard and smelled many raccoon's! This was an interesting explore, especially as I climbed up each level and the wood floors got softer and softer!

Yup the floors get sketchier as you go up...and the holes aren't necessarily the only spots to avoid! But the rustic goodness makes it worth it.
