| | | This place was first in 1914 built as a starch factory, then an ammunitions facility and several other incarnations. It's partially used now as a lumber storage area. 14. 19.

| | | Wow, VERY nice place. I've never perused the Thunder Bay database of full member locations, and am too late getting ready for work to check now. But a place of this stature has got to be in there already. This is undoubtedly a key abandonment in your area.

| | | Cool spot indeed, its very big but on most of the occasions Ive tried to explore it I've found it loosely "active" in one way or another. Someone else coming or going, cars parked out front. new materials on site. I havent had a chance to really explore it, thanks for posting!

| | | You're right Joe the place still is active. The people there are friendly and will give you permission to take pictures as long as you don't go inside any of the derelict buildings that are unsafe. But, it's a big property, and they didn't follow us around or anything. A nice lady there gave us the history of the place, beginning as a starch factory.
