Burned down correnctions facility

I learned about a corrections facility that had been vacant for 8 years... and as always I'm late to the party. Did some more research and found that it had been burned down for fire department training earlier this year. Here's all that's left.

Too cool! Thanks for sharing.

Ironically, I think this facility used to specialize in training the inmates for careers fighting wildfires.

Cool find, sad to see it's been mostly lost. Good shots too.

Wow. Thanks for posting this. We knew they were planning to torch the place but didn't know they went through with it already. Crazy. I'm just glad we got in there in time!

Here's our "before" pics. Enjoy.

I was so bummed out when I drove there and found nothing but rubble. I'm jealous and happy for you that you go there before it was demolished.

I really liked the gym....and bet that "skylight" would have made for some cool shots with the right light conditions. Sad that it is finally gone. Thanks for the update.....
