Moar RoofTopping

It's been a fantastic summer for Rooftopping as we've seen many posts in recent months from some of the big guns in the city like Ronnie, Jono, Neil, Zen, Terapro and newcomer Prince of Persia, even Yokes has gotten himself up on some roofs!

I've been lucky to get up onto a number of buildings this year as well, however I'm now finding that as summer is fading to fall I'm also craving old fashioned abandonments - but climbing roofs has been the one thing that gets me my fix when I'm unable to find the time on weekends to hit the backroads.

A few weeks ago I spotted a unique looking roof that I had seen a number of times in photos from a few of the names noted above, so I went for it and was very happy with what I had found!

I found this roof to be like a playground, with different levels and vantage points, various rooms to climb in and out of - I can see why the usual suspects seem to frequent this one so often!

Finding myself up just as the sun was setting, I stayed up for a good two hours to enjoy the view and photo ops that come with light turning to dark, and then taking in the city as the lights start flicking on.

Here is my take on this Hot Tin Roof!

By the time I was done, it was approaching 9:30 and I wanted to hit the CNE to play with some long exposures, here's a bonus shot from that

Thanks for taking the time to look, here's to a great Fall explore season to everyone!

Very cool set!
I liked the hazy sunset of the 3rd photo.
What do you shoot with and what were the camera settings for the 2nd last photo?

The 3rd last pic with Lucliffe Place in it is so incredible! The blue tinge to the buildings but orange tinge to the streets is such a great visual treat.
