It's guarded 24 hrs a day by security with huge attack dogs. Walls are missing, and it was in the middle of being demolished.
A few years ago, a telecommunications company purchased the land and was in the process of demolishing the brewery when they ran out of money, halting demolishion.
If you can sneak by the guard, getting in should be easy, considering that one entire wall is missing.

| | | | Well I wandered around the back through a missing fence to the front, where I walked right into the guard. He told me to get out of there, but I said I just wanted to ask him some questions. He answered what he knew, and then let us leave by the front gate.
A few minutes later we saw him around the back with the dog, so he does indeed make patrols.
Would be worth a shot trying to get inside however.
