A fun trip with a strange ending. We had gone here last week and had a bad experience. This trip managed to be both better and worse than the first. The hotel itself was great, but at the end I was attacked by a large amount of very hungry fleas, and ended up naked in the ocean. Read the writeup for details...

"Because there's no possibility of real disaster, real risk, we're left with no chance for real salvation. Real elation. Real excitement. Joy. Discovery. Invention. The laws that keep us safe, these same laws condemn us to boredom. Without access to true chaos, we'll never have true peace. Unless everything can get worse, it won't get any better." -Chuck Palahniuk

That is a delightful ending.

You should probably invest in some flea powder.

If you ever go there again, I would put a flea collar around each ankle!

I just updated the page again, with some pictures of the bites on my legs.

Just scroll down to the bottom. Yay, it itches even more today than it did yesterday!

ouch! Well, here's to your health. Nice exploration, BTW.
