Hello. I'm going on vacation for a week in Manchester New Hampshire, and hope to do some UE. Are there any interesting locations there? I'm staying with a friend of mine who just moved there, and shares my interests. Any reply is welcome!

Manch Vegas has plenty of pints to explore the bottoms of.

No really, real estate's precious since the Queen City's urban renewal spree circa the last 10 years. You'll have to look outside town for exploration opportunities. There's a few.

I'm Horus92's bud who lives in Manchester. I was wondering if there was anything in Goffstown or Pinardville, considering that I'm close to those towns as well.

But if there's anything special around here at all (even if I had to drive to it) I would really appreciate if somebody told me.

So please respond if you know anything.

We went bike riding on some abandoned railroad tracks. There were a ton of cool looking old mills, but they were all bought or being sold. Wraith doesn't want to go draining, but just out of curiosity, are there any good drains here?

Too late now. We're now staying in Buffalo NY with some relatives. Next time I'm there though I'll try to explore more. Buffalo, BTW, is awesome for UE. I passed three abandoned factories on the way to the library!

Figured I'd start this thread back up again . . .
I've convinced Wraith to start draining, just wondering if there are any particularly cool drains in Manchtown. Preferrably in the area near Pinnardsville/Goffstown. He's never been, but was intrigued when I linked him to the Cave Clan site and showed him some drains in my area.

There is a large CSO approx. 7' dia. on the river downtown. I have not explored it thoroughly however. There are also old canal/mill outflows, where there used to be some homeless people living.

i think you are talking about this one... you can see it from the highway, and it's near a baseball/soccer field in downtown manchester.

you can go in it about 40 feet back but they you hit a very fast moving current of "grey water" and have to turn back. if you go don't get splashed and watch out for tampons.

Yeah, that's the one. Don't forget to watch out for the "death slide" into the river that one must jump over once inside.

I thought they might have CSOs there. I'll still 'splore once I'm up there this summer thuogh. Plus he walks around town a lot and knows of quite a few creeks which look promissing.
