Usually. Sometimes a person can mark a site as publicly viewable when they create the entry in the UEDB

I can re-affirm tat2's statement. The place is totally gone. I couldn't even see it from the Bayfront bus anymore.

I was telling **The Nameless One** this morning how upset you guys were about losing this place and he said he could relate. He said he used to hang out there quite a bit in his teenage years.
