It was being used by a film company for a while, but the neighbourhood residents drove them away. As far as I know, it isn't being used right now. Anybody know anything about it? Every door is locked and every window has a cage on it. Our Lady of Fatima occupied this building from 2001-2004 during construction. When they moved into their new digs, the TDCSB (Toronto District Catholic School Board) rented the space out to filming companies. Usually this is done after the 30-90 day waiting time for an educational tenant to respond to the property, or else it goes on the market for rent or sale. Another example would be the former Ursula Franklin Academy on Croatia which was rented out shortly after they moved out of the site in July 2003 to their new home in Bloor West Village.
