| | Buildings on Howard/Sherbourne Area < on 11/8/2005 3:37 AM >
| | | I don't know if some of you guys are familiar with the Glen Road/Howard Street area. You might have seen some row houses, and an apartment building on the corner of Howard/Glen Rd. Has anyone attempted to explore these buildings? They have looked to have been boarded up for number of years. Recently I did see a development notice from the City posted there, but nothing seems to have transpired.

| | | At least two of those houses on Glen Road are severely fire damaged, someone set fire to them a number of years back. Not to mention they are also rotting pretty good from the water they used to put out the fires. You could smell the stench of mildew and burnt wood from the street, for months. I'd suggest avoiding them unless you'd like to fall through a floor. I dont remember seeing an abandoned apartment building though... Maybe I'm just not observant enough. I'm going by there tonight so I'll have a look.

| | | The building is the one on the corner of Howard/Glen Rd. Next time I go by there i'll be sure to post some exterior shots of the building.
