It took me a while to figure out how to get to the top of Concrete without killing myself. Once up there, the concrete is a bit sketchy in some places. The staircases were removed from one of the buildings (concrete central..) when two kids climbed up together and committed suicide. They were removed shortly after and this was several years ago.
