| | | Gaebler's OKAY if you want to kill some time, considering what's left in the area, but Metro was way more...well fun. I'd also be surprised of they didn't save the CTG shell, then again, they tore down Med and that was supposed to be restored at first... Gaebler does have some interesting shit inside of it. I found a giant wooden rooster on the top floor laying face down, flipped it over and realized it was covered in an extremely intricate red/gold/black tile mosaic. Also, one of the seclusion rooms has what must be the creepiest artwork on the walls I have ever seen anywhere. Creeped me right out. [last edit 12/18/2006 9:45 PM by MattTrakker - edited 1 times]

Don't bother with the Gaebler or Metro... there's really not much to see in either.

well, i don't mind popping up to see the outside so i have a memory of the place, if i am doing the campus across the way again. but i won't drive up to that area just to see gaebler. i really was more curious to see the outside before it is gone. too bad i missed the good stuff. i would have liked to see the coridoor which was square and went all the way around. just saw the rob zombie video this week. yummy.

| | | Only the CTG and Admin and theater remain. Also a small Graveyard. CTG and the theater have no roofs, The hallways that connected the CTG are torn down aswell. The admin is perfect. The Med building is gone...along with it's clock tower. MET is dead with out the Med building. R.i.P
We went there this past Sat. Note the missing roof. Theater Dec 24,06 3 am

| | | Yea my dad works for someone with involvement in the project (NOT Avalon Bay, nothing to do with Avalon Bay, nothing to do with demolition or planning, so no mail bombs please ) and said that the clocktower was gone. That would explain why the people I was trying to help over the phone had so much trouble getting their bearings. That SUCKS. I thought they were going to save it.

| | | Ya, I wouldn't bother there, but if you do, go along the paths in the woods, watch out for the homeless guy. If Security catches you by the graveyard they'll just warn you. Just don't be caught in the buildings. Also note, There are neighbors by the gaebler that WILL call the cops if you are spotted.
