|  | | | Ok, now that I have your attention, I have something which may or may not interest you. This isn't exploration related in the strictest sense, but this is where the most relevant people would see it.
One of my roommates is moving out in a couple weeks, and before some other random person moves in, I thought I would put the word out to local explorers, who would be so much cooler to have for a roommate.
The important info:
The residence- ground floor of a 3-storey victorian house. While it's referred to as an apartment, it really is in essence a house. 3 bedrooms, full size and separate living room and dining room, walk through pantry, kitchen, bathroom. Laundry is on site and is free (as in, not coin-operated).
The area- 2 blocks off the Elmwood strip in one of the nicest areas of the city, on a bus line which passes a light rail station, Close to downtown as well as the highway. VERY close to the Peace bridge for any Canada trips. The Buffalo Psych is within walking distance too!
The roommates- Myself and Roadwolf of course, and an older male student whose interests lie in the arts and photography, and dabbles in artistic UE.
The rent- only $220 + utilities (split 4 ways). utilities are currently running at about $80 a month per person for gas and electric. Internet (wifi and/or cable) is also available for an extra $15 a month. So in total you're still paying less than $325 a month.
