Judging by the number of tricks the B-haven kids don't land, I think they are of the punk persuasion. And how much does a Montreal raver weigh? 90 lbs tops? Toronto ravers are much hardier.

As for the effect on drainers, I'd expect the OPS and the public will be paying much more attention to anyone seen lifting or accessing drains.

Meh, it's not uncommon to find manholes left open by workers round here. They're almost always in discrete areas though where kids wouldn't/shouldn't be playing.
