Vacant building may not be as exciting for Urban Explorers as decay has occured in small doses or in some cases, there is no decay at all. However some vacant buildings show marvelous beauty in their design and architecture. They are less dangerous than abandoned buildings as the buildings have been fixed up in order to attract new tenants. Although vacant buildings are much safer than those that are abandoned, vacant buildings are often much harder to get in as owners take long strides to keep vandals and arsonists out.
