At the end, there is a dim lit room with a latter going up. We didn't get a chance to go in yet but i'll let everyone know what it's like tomorrow. I'll post a video on youtube as well.

I am not trying to be a smart ass, but how does a drain look like it has never been explored?

Wouldn't that be more accurately described as a culvert?

In all seriousness, you can find thousands of culverts under freeways. They aren't too special, but if this is your first time, then it's a great start. Especially with all that water. Keep at it and you'll stumble bigger and better places

Ah the graffiti I will say is a give away, but you would be suprised how ar trash can travel when mixed with moving water. Storm drains are full of it even if no one has actually been in it.

well, we went in today. I did take a video but it's not great. At the end was a little room so you can stretch with a latter like i said...it leads up to 2 grates. And it only branched off into one short tunnel which came up to a median on a high way exit ramp, so we wound up crossing there. I plan on scoping out another outfall on sunday

Hey, everyone's gotta start somewhere right?

There is a time when the operation of the machine becomes so odious, makes you so sick at heart, that you can't take part; you can't even passively take part, and you've got to put your bodies upon the gears and upon the wheels, upon the levers, upon all the apparatus, and you've got to make it stop...

that's my opinion and it doesn't have to be shared by anyone, but drains are boring, long underground pipes. I don't enjoy these locations.
And this one looks especially boring.

To be fair, my first drain was a highway culvert only slightly more interesting than this one. And I think I probably threw up some photos here way back in May 2003 and was quite pleased with myself.

So I say welcome to the underground, and best of luck finding some more riveting experiences down there. I certainly have.

They can be boring, but like anything, they can also be awesome depending on what drains your in and with who. When its 100+ degrees outside and your chillin in a nice cool, peaceful drain with some friends kicking back a 40oz or 2, they are a pretty rad place to hangout and explore.

This is a really shitty foto, but my bud and I would tear up the city on our dirt bikes(you can plate anything in texas)...blast through ghettos, parks, trails, dried-up drainage ditches, culverts...and then deep into storm sewers. This one you can ride a few miles into before you have to turn around. There are a few drains in dallas that you can ride into.

I didn't mean to dog this guys foto's...keep searching for the hidden gems beneath you area. You may be surprised at what lurks underground. But some areas are also devoid of cool drains... which sucks, but is a reality.

One of my friends bought a pocket bike for the sole purpose of doing just that.

Thats my buddies xr250. Yeah, that is the supertrapp IDS2 hes got on it. I had one on my KLR650 and wasn't too pleased with the quality of the can. It had a pretty nice thumpy sound to it and looked cool....but I dont think it really did anything for the power. I wouldn't really recommend it, but I'm not going to tell you to say away from it (if that makes sense)... If you can get one cheap then go for it.
