By which I mean user-posted content [optimally with Moderator approval, which is a clear folly of diy-auction] of useful information in sections like Legality, Tools, etc. This would be superior to the forum by being static (no searching for old threads) and not being hidden under chit-chat and assorted hullabaloo. Instructions for crafting a grappling hook, draining, what to do when confronted by authority, could all be at one's fingertips in such a situation.
