Anyone been to the Lifecare Centre in Oakville?
If not, don't bother, unless you want to get arrested (seems to be a security guard outfront at every point of the day) If you have been back you may have noticed the sad amounts of tagging on the building, which probably has a lot to do with the amped security. Anyways I thought i'd post some old pictures i had lying around from last year.1.

I don't know why they'd bother having security at the location at this late point, after everything is trashed. I was in Lifecare a couple of times. I like how there is lots of beds left and medical equipment. Scrappers and vandals have ruined the place though.

Yeah, it is ruined by tagging. My buddy found out who the guy that owns the property is and he asked to go in for a photo shoot for the newspaper he works for and they guy said no. Seems like a asshole. He also owns the Ramada Inn that is at the Trafalgar and QEW exit which is also abandoned, that place has amped security too.

I visited a certain hotel near Oakville Place last Thursday, without noticing security. It was however, the middle of the day during the week.

ooooooh.....while Ive been into that hotel several times (including the basement), I never actually went into the sports bar down there....in fact I couldve sworn the basement office area was alarmed, as we heard an intermittent, yet clearly discernible beeping noise immediately after we came upstairs (wasn't there for the hr+ we spent on the main & 2nd floor)...2 security cars showed up about 20-25 minutes later, right as we were leaving the property.
As for the lifecare center...while Ive never been myself, Ive heard plenty about the severe tagging / vandalism its been subject to. In fact I do believe a quick search would reveal a lengthy posting about that very location.

If you don't mind me asking, is there even a way into that hotel? I didn't see any broken windows

Shit i should really look before posting a thread thats not even that old lol, my bad. I went over to the ramada inn today and there is one broken window which is pretty much inaccessible. Patrolman (the security company) has a beater buick out in front by the no trespassing signage with a Patrolman sign in the back window of the vehicle. This is a decoy, nobody was patrolling, although I have a suspicion that Dominoes and Tim Horton's have their eye on the place.

i second that, prince edward heights isn't far behind!

They say "you can't judge a book by its cover!" I say "YES you can, if the cover has a girl on it with a cock in her mouth, its PORN!" if she's 18 and the cock is black, its GREAT porn!

Hotel?! or the Motel down the street? doesn't look like that could be the motel I'm thinking of. Those chairs remind me of some my mom had. Think they were 30s.
