Didn't have the balls to go in midday but took some pictures.
it looks like a crack house.
Its the last house on Guelph Avenue off of Queen street Hespeler (Cambridge)
front of the house, then a gaping hole in the garage and the crack+crowbar den.
every window is boarded up except for a small window on the left side of the house.

| | | | Has been abandon for a long long time. Apparently it has a history of housing some sort of mental patients or something along that lines. About a year ago I called the number on the For Sale sign out front and spoke to the owner, an old lady. The place is for sale to developers for land value.
Watch for neighbours when exploring.

Wide double doors on the right side by the garage with a key lock
windows are boarded.. EVERY SINGLE ONE from the outside with nails EVERYWHERE
the streets was moderately busy when i went and all sides including the back are viewable by the neighbors. the ones on the left side are the closest and are near the entrance. i think they saw me cause they shut there blinds then let the dog outside to bark at me.
theres a rear door that has been boarded with no locks
theres a small one story addition on the left side of the house. this addition has a ground floor window, very small and boarded up as well.
near the entrance there is a board that was partially removed. someone spared me the time and did it for me. it revealed a window with blinds so i couldn't see inside.
near the front entrance there is a set of steel stairs that lead to the balcony. the stairs look like shit and could collapse any time in my opinion.
the balcony general looks like shit. floor is starting to cave, parts of the railing are gone.
it would be my educated opinion that since she was boarded, no one has been in it and could possibly still be furnished.
