We came across the same problem down around Sherman/Burlington St area last summer. Nobody in the area really knows much about it, however I have some other ideas on how I can find out some more information. Edit: I guess I should have elaborated more! I talked to some people in the area, and all they know is that up until about a year ago there was a cleaning lady who would come in every so often, I guess just to maintain the place? Other than that it has stood empty for quite some time.
