|  | | | I've heard rumours an abandoned insane asylum exists on a peninsula in Gravenhurst. Anyone know if the site actually exists or did at one time exist? Also, I want to check out the Craig Complex in Picton, does anyone know if it is still being used for paintball, or now abandoned?

The Rumors are true, however it's not an Insane Asylum. It started off it's life as a TB Sanatorium, and then became a Provincial hospital in which women and children were sent if they had mental and physical disabilities for care.

That's interesting that's not what I have heard at all, most people who have encountered the OPP have been kicked off site.
