Does this even count as a UE?

So I headed to Hogg's Hollow after seeing it on another UE website. I don't know if it "qualifies" as a UE -- it isn't an abandonment, drain, or otherwise highly restricted area. I figured this would count because I was stopped and questioned by an OPP officer. Welcome to UE! haha. Here's some pics, more of the black and white on my Flickr: http://www.flickr....72157623645782427/.

I think your the only one that can decide on if it "counts". It's not like we're keeping score here. Looks fun to me though!

Technically it's an area the public shouldn't be going into (especially since it has ongoing construction on it), so I'd count it as UE.

Awesome shots as well. The black and white really works here.

I know that meet-ups have ended there in the past. I'm rather fond of that bridge.
Of course it counts.

Well it's not every day you can walk under the busiest highway in North America

I love this bridge! I have a 24x36 print of the 1929 section of the bridge on our landing wall.

Great shots!

Thanks guys. I had my first run in with the police cops there. One of my buddies went up to ground level just off the 401 and an OPP officer pulled up no more than a minute later.

The cop was mad cool, this young guy. Didn't ask for names, IDs, or anything. He just wanted to make sure we weren't there to jump off the bridge, which apparently happens a lot.

Actually the 401 is busier than some California Highways. In fact Toronto has the longest average commute of 80 minutes.

Ok perhaps the longest commute ( what a weird record). But stop spreading myths on the internet.

Busiest road
The busiest road in the world is Interstate 405 (the San Diego Freeway) in Orange County, California, USA. It has a peak-hour volume of 25500 vehicles on a 1.5km (0.9 miles) stretch between Garden Grove Freeway and Seal Beach Boulevard.

http://en.wikipedi.../wiki/Highway_401_(Ontario)

from "Route Description":

The 401 is one of the world's busiest highways,[3] with an estimated annual average daily traffic (AADT) count of 431,900 in Toronto between Weston Road and Highway 400, as of 2006.

several sources from a google search pin peak daily volume at just under 500,000 while the peak volume for LA's 405 is at around 380,000.

this was hashed-out to death at skyscrapercity a few years back, you can read all 13 pages of it or coles-notes the poll at the top of the page for the final numbers...

Just one of those bad luck moments. I've done the same, and had no one come and speak with me about it.
