Although I'm new to Philadelphia, I'm not entirely inexperienced when it comes to urban exploring. I hail from NYC and as a young teen made numerous trips to the "Freedom Tunnel", rafted down the Bronx River, explored abandoned supersites along the hudson and even swam across the river to scale the palisades. I know nothing about Philly other than crime is more severe than in New York. I'm free the next 4-5 days and am looking for advice as per easy places to start out visiting, though a meetup would be ideal.
