I see one specifically about photography equipment (so I agree that we don't need to see duplicate photography setups), an old closed one with lots of whining about guns, one for flashlights, and one that has gotten derailed with talk of titty bars and the quickest route to full membership on UER. Where is a thread for pics/lists of people's UE "kits?" I know it's pretty common on UER for threads get sidetracked into criticism and/or Lulz, but I think it would be nice to have thread just to share what we all bring with us when we do the one thing we all have in common here. So maybe this could be it?
And also, I'm working on my own UE bag and I wanna steal your ideas.

Wear good shoes. Bad shoes make life miserable. A small flashlight is nice, as are gloves and alcohol wipes (Clean hands look innocent). You don't need a super bright flashlight. A camera can be fun, especially if you like photography; but that's not exploring, it's reporting or art.
I have a picture of the gear I used to rig up roof s'mores somewhere. That was a fire extinguisher, sterno canned heat thing, marshmallows, and a wire coathanger. Lots of fun.
