The exterior shots were taken a few months back, it's pretty overgrown right now, especially at the door to the as of yet unaccessible half.

| | | | Well, we will never know what was inside that second unit. Ninja just called and said it has been demolished. The pile of wood was on fire. She stopped and talked to the new landowner who shared the following information.
The property was previously owned by the by Hendricks brothers, for whom the adjacent road was named. They operated an apple orchard here. The brothers sold it to Dr. Zimmerman, who had a doctorate in agriculture. Known to the locals as Doc, he rented out the 2 units to local families. Both units sat vacant for 3 or 4 years. The new owner owns the demolition equipment needed and therefore was able to demolish the house at a reasonable cost and plans to continue farming the land. The metal was scrapped, the wood is being burned as I type this, and the bricks will be used to fill the hole.
