Anyways, on my way there I was driving on montrose and saw 4 or 5 kids going into an abandonment.
they definitely lacked ninja skills

Striker was only partially demolished and what's left is being used again. So doesn't sound like the place. There was a factory type building on Beaverdams, demoed and another building built in it's place. Could that be it? Near Beaverdams and Pine.

Ahhh yes, excuse my lack of detail. It was on Beaverdams Road. Either way, it was a great exploration place until the vandals got wind of it. But its demolition was inevitable.

If it's the 2 story boarded up place that's set a little ways back from the road, then I have been in, it's pretty boring. Not much to shoot. The only somewhat interesting thing was this poster. Oddly enough it was gone 2 weeks later when I went back.

That's the one! It's really hard to predict with those kinds of locations, just how interesting it will be. Was much of the house intact (personal belongings, furniture, decorations)?

Yes and know, personal effects no. BUT there appears to be a crap load of stuff left there from a Golf Course, Tables, chairs, fridges, paperwork, etc.

Probably in bad condition too (assuming that's the reason they were left there). Call me crazy, but it's still interesting to me.
There's also an abandoned house near the top of Drummond Hill. I've always been curious what's inside there as well.

Tools? We don't use TOOLS to get into places. I don't explore with people that break and enter dude.
If there is a POE, I will utilize it. But by no means will I ever condone, or explore with someone that carries tools to break in to abandonments.
Trespassing is one thing. It's no worse than a traffic violation in Ontario. It's not criminal. BREAKING and Entering is!
There is NO WAY I will ever explore or be recommending you for Full Member after that comment...

I hear ya man, but I can't just sit here without commenting on some kid saying he needs tools to break into an abandonment. Know what I mean?
And as for posting. Just can't do it anymore. Whenever I post a location here, it's trashed a week later. I have my fair share of DB Entries. And posts and stories, and then and nows, etc... Just can't be bothered just to see places arsoned or vandaled

Well said. Now the Cops have someone to go to when there's a rash of B&E's reported in Niagara abandonments. Don't do that, ok? It's hard enough trying to maintain a "good explorer" image already when doors are unlocked or wide open. If I ever got a fined for trespassing only because some douche bag in the area started to B&E places, god damn... I'll be kicking someones fucking dick in.

I didn't read a single thing about 'breaking' into anything, and tools weren't specified as burglary tools. Shoes, rope, flashlight, all count as tools and are all often necessary.

First of all, looks like YOU are out to personally attack ME! Funny, you waited over 2 weeks to comment on this thread, and oh, just yesterday decided to state the obvious on another one of my posts.
It appears you are using your MOD status for evil, and I assume it's because you are friends with another explorer that I made look like a fool when I called her out and proved her a lier because she likes to post incomplete conversations and make up stories.

Stating one needs TOOLS to ACCESS a location tells me exactly that. Kairu has been online several times since this post, and since he didn't reply to defend himself, also leads me to believe there is some truth to it. So you are darn right I am gonnna call him out for saying something like that, unless you condone people using tools to break and enter and abandonment? Shoes? Really? Your tag line says "Clever Girl", so I assume you really don't expect me to believe you can't get that he is stating he needs tools to BREAK AND ENTER into a place.
If you want to continue to badger me, and follow me around because you personally didn't like me or the way your friend was called out, it's only going to make you look bad.
