I don't know how the many others who have visited got down to it, but I just charged headlong down what I perceived to be the least punishing slope on the high bluff after the fence ends. Then I made my way up the river to where I knew it lurked from other pictures I'd seen. Probably an easier way, but it actually was kinda fun. Not so much getting back up. This place had to have been put there for the view. It's not close to the riverbank. It doesn't look like vehicular access ever existed.
