Wellllll
Stumbled upon this motel while I was searching for another location. Which failed big time as there were a large number of individuals on-site doing some extracting of metal components.

This is the Royal Motel
Couldn't find any info behind this location other than their sales were approximately $1-$500,000 annually and there was only 3 employee's working here at one time. Upon my visit it had appeared that it was mid-way through demolition. Nonetheless it was a very short and sweet visit.

I second Dallas, #7 is quite creative.

Looks like you've been getting around quite a bit recently. Can't wait to see what else you post.

You're too original to get a standard lonely chair shot. So you sniped it using the mirror... very clever.

The sign said "Anybody caught trespassin will be shot on sight"
So I jumped on the fence and I yelled at the house,
"Hey! What gives you the right?" http://www.flickr.com/photos/evman/

I think I'd sand it down and paint it white or black (the brown part, not the cushion obviously).

(Oh yes, and very nice stuff!)

It actually wasn't a horrible motel.. Certainly comparable to most Comfort Inn, Days Inn, or other motels of that caliber. It's just a little older and has been hurt like most other small non-chain motels that don't have a name brand, some kind of historic quality in a downtown area, and don't show up on all of the regular hotel websites.
