I drive by this a lot while I am at work and the remaining portion has stood longer then I thought it would. Part of the building while it was intact was used for storage, the office area was the only part not being used, but it was always locked up tight every time I tried to check it out.

Check out the CCTV camera on the roof. They must have been boat watchers.
