This site has more information, http://www.uhn.ca/pmh/ though most of it deals with the new facility on University, instead of the older one. When I was there in 1993 it was in a bad state, there were lots of closed off rooms with piled equipment, so I suspect much of the same, on a greater scale now.

It looks like a condo-developer has taken over the old Princess Margaret Lands. The old wellesley hospital site is now the Rekai Centre Home for the Aged.
*update*: According to the website of the condo development, the construction has been halted until further notice.
