 Overview
 Description
The front of the house is 1960s architecture but the original house was built in the 40s, and looks to have been halfway remodeled during the 80s. The greenhouse was built in 1967, and the warehouse in 1969. It has recently been more boarded up, and there is a threat of possible homeless people inside... but it is nevertheless easy to access.

EDIT: This became known as "The LBJ House" not because of anyone famous but because of its proximity to Dallas freeway I635 or The Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway.

     History
    Believed to be first built as a house in the 1940s, then by the late 1960s was used as a headquarters for a local landscaping company.

    Update: The greenhouse no longer stands.

    There's some vagrant(s) staying in it now.

    - Have heard things from this place was haunted with a mass murder taking place in it, to it was a methlab... thus the fire consumes it,... 'cause some guy blew himself up cooking up some junk. {edit*BK*}

    Edit: The house burned down May 28 2005 and only the maintenance building still stands.

    EDIT/DB clean up 2015 by 2X: Yes the LBJ house had been on the local explorer's radar since before Av invented the UER. Before we thought it was cool to sneak around and take pics to post on the Internet, this place was a teen-scary-date hangout spot / underage drinking beer location well known to the locals. And the police. Dallas Finest were often seen parked in a nearby apartment complex and in the park keeping a watchful eye on this property.

    There may have been a house here in the 1940s but this wasn't it. This was actually the former headquarters of Dallas landscaping firm Lamberts and it had a fine garden, greenhouse and manicured grounds showcasing their work. I've revised the map to show its actual former location. Lamberts Landscaping basically just abandoned this property in the mid 90s after becoming entangled in a lawsuit with the city of Dallas over alleged dumping and environmental damage to nearby White Rock Creek. This DB location's creator has not logged in to UER since 2005.

    The property was eventually purchased by a private school which now occupies it. The LBJ House was still standing however as of the satellite image dated March 31 2005. I could find no records of any heinous crimes or mass murders at this address (7300 Valley View Ln). Those crime rumors were referenced on far too many ghost buster and paranormal b.s. type websites with all sorts of weird stories and variations of weird stories being attributed to it. That and its proximity to a very active Dallas city park is probably what contributed to the hundreds of unauthorized visitors, a large number of police dispatches and the location's ultimate demise. At one point a family of homeless people had taken up residence here and the lack of bathroom fixtures didn't seem to stop them from shitting all over the interior of the house in the rooms and closets etc. When I last visited here it had been severely vandalized and the stench was unbearable. Evidence of several small hobo type campfires were found inside. It was probably one of these warming fires that got out of control and got the whole structure involved.

    There's a plethora of silly haunted house ghost hunter type websites that feature the LBJ house. For the most part they are just silly.
