The building consisted of two parts: A three (+1)-storey part where the actual healthcare center was located and a single-storey part that housed couple of stores. There was a basement under the higher part, and an engine room above the elevator shaft. The air raid shelter was located under a concrete "terrace", not actually under the building.
It was not an old, preserved building, nor was it beautiful. Modern box covered with iron sheets. No-one misses it. The replacement, modern block of flats looks way more nicer.

There was some unstable structures because of partial demolition

As a 3-storey (+basement +elevator engine room) building it was probably one of the biggest in this area available for exploration. It was also very "sterile", because it had only been vacant for couple of years, not really abandoned ever.
Because of demolition all areas were explorable, including elevator engine room and air raid shelter in the basement. There was some leftovers, such as dentist's chair, gynaecologist's beds and autoclaves around the building.

Practically none after working hours. You could have been seen from nearby appartment houses.

Former textile factory of FinnFlare, built probably in middle of 20th century. Later housed a healthcare center and couple of stores. Stood vacant for couple of years after the businesses died and healthcare center moved elsewhere. Demolished in autumn 2003.

There was some news in our local newspaper about the oncoming demolition. Nothing special nor interesting.
