It had an old red Chevy dump truck from the late sixties up on blocks inside of it, that looked like it had been there for at least 25 years.

According to my source on Mills , it didn't burn down, it was simply dismantled. I'm not sure about that, though, as there's charred wood inside.
It was once part of the Mile Long Mill, which was the biggest mill in the world, stretching for a pretty good distance. It may have been short of a mile, but it was still pretty damn long. The small size and number of the windows suggests that this building was originally designed to be a storage facility, not a factory.

It was bought by Sal, the founder and owner of Sal's Pizza. Its getting knocked to the ground from what I saw, at least part of it. May be renovated for expansion for the pizza place in the mill next to it, or it may be completely knocked down and built over.
