There's a split level 'L' shaped office building. With a portable, and a warehouse or garage. Each is a completely seperated building, they are in proximity, but do not adjoin one another. Lots of windows, one main entrance, two or three alternate entrances around the building. The inside elbow of the 'L' is hidden from view. Stairs to portable canted at an angle.

Some of the graffiti is entertaining. Standing in front of the security system panel, and looking at each alarm that you've set off, with a master off switch, and the key left in the panel is kinda cool. It's a nice place, nothing outstanding, bring a noob. NEW(2004.10.08): More 'on the job' security. All motion sensor alarms that looked like they worked but didn't are now completely off. No alarm can be heard but security responds quickly. Silent alarm is suspected. Boards are moderated often to make sure they're all on right. More boards. Be careful! They will try to trap you.

None recent. Oakville Hydro gave up the building in 1982

The land is owned by Chrysler, and a dealership will be going in here once the building itself is removed.
