4 stories tall, has a smokestack in the back, sits beside a lake. Was found through a geocaching trip. Most of the machinery is still inside, and still has many fuses... although it seems that many have been stolen. Also has access to the roof. Oddity: on the 3rd floor in what seems to be an office is a bed with a blue Indiana Jones blanket on it... almost seems like someone lived there after it was closed.
1.9.2024 - Currently operating as Newry Mill Apartments. Street images show at least the exterior complete in May 2023, website now accepting rental applications to reserve your unit. Based on that, as of this date, it is unclear if folks are actually moving in yet....
