     Recommended Equipment

The former wild animal park closed in approximately 1992. Operated by the city this park was used by many school children to learn about the wild animals of Saskatchewan. The park was not very profitable, and there were many attempts to keep it open, including the installation of some midway rides for it's final few years. **I'm glad I explored it when I did as all the buildings are now gone (March 2006). The grounds are still explorable but why? *** end update
     Media Coverage
Nothing I could find. I hunted around the city until I found it.
     Future Plans
Continue in the form it is now. The city isn't about to pay to clean up the site and it is currently a public park. *** I was wrong, the city has torn down the buildings. The grounds remain *** end update March 2006
