Two story, red brick house with lots of overgrown plantlife, and an old, dilipidated barn in the background. I just want to add some information about the address because I didn't have a map when I was with me, so my location info may be a bit skewed. I believe I was on highway 3 since I couldn't find any roadsigns. It was in Enniskillen east of Oshawa. If you're travelling from Oshawa to there on highway 3, you'll pass the Oshawa zoo (I think it was that lol) then eventually find it on the right hand side of the road. It's tricky to see because there is alot of plantlife, but there is a small green sign with the house number. I have included a map in the gallery and it shows the general area.

rust unsafe flooring air quality The floor is beginning to slope and there are holes in the upstairs floor. Also holes in the downstairs floor and the support for the floors doesn't seem too great, but it seemed to hold three people just fine. Active neighbours across the road.

The barn is pretty dilapidated so it's neat to see. There isn't a whole lot in the house but burnt walls and old kitchen appliances (though they make for nice photographs). A very oddly designed front face for an old century home. Inside there is very cool layors of old wallpaper. A retro fridge is inside, with other scattered junk. Sadly this place has been looted and gutted.

long pants / sleeves Use long pants/sleeves if you go in the summer due to lots of mosquitoes inside.

It appears the place was abandoned around 1992 as I found newspapers in the barn with that date. Also, there is alot of firedamage in the kitchen and what I'm guessing is the family room. It looks like the fire started in the kitchen.

Beside the lot of the house there is an open area (nature) and a "land for sale" sign.
