     History
The two bridges and the road bed were constructed in 1977 as part of a replacement of the N73 road, which went right trough many villages centres. The new road wasn't really needed and got a lot of protests from environmentalists. in 1980 the new N73 was scrapped off the list of priority infrastructure. Te first 500 metre is in use, but does cause the problems is was meant to solve: bring more instead of less traffic into the Ham city centre.
