Built after World War II to teach generations of bright eyed ex GI's the sensuous pleasures of making cheese and yogurt, this building fell victim to deferred maintenance. At this point, the mechanical system is barely functioning and exploding radiator regulators and leaking pipes are not uncommon. Add to that tons of unabated asbestos and this is one hell of a liability. As you look at the gallery, keep in mind that a handful of extremely unlucky professors still have offices here and until recently 800 people had class here.
