Not much is left, when I was growing up(man that makes me feel old) nothing would grow on the property and was one giant sand pit, which was awesome for BMXing, since than the state has leveled the place, in the name of beutification, and cleaned the land from the toxins that were in the ground. Some summac, and wooden piers and huge granite slabs. Various beach stuff is found on the beaches. overall, not very exciting

built in the 1860's, 1861 the agrico plant provided many people jobs(including my neighbor) until in 1966 the building burnt down after being used for various purposes, not to be rebuilt or reopened. After world war 2, the U.S. Army built a nike radar base on the point to supplament the base on spinkiker island in hull. That was all torn down, and now that all resides are the peirs, a retaining wall in the back river and the foundation
