 Overview
 Description
Old 2-storey office looking building. Used to be right on the tracks, but since they moved it is just sitting there. Inside is reminiscent of an old police station, though parts of it look like apartments. Great dingy basement, strange bathrooms with red stall doors. No graffitti to speak of, no vandalism.

     History
This former CP Rail Building was built in the early 1920s. Originally, the rail line came right up to the back of the building. Later, during the sixties and seventies it became an office space. Over the past six years it has become one of Toronto's busiest film locations, serving as the primary location for blockbuster movies such as Frequency and Assault on Precinct 13.
     Media Coverage
Likely been mentioned in relation to film shoots.
     Future Plans
Since something like 100 movies have been filmed here, I would guess they are going to keep it going, keep the cash flowing in.

In 2013, restoration has begun to keep this building as well as the neighboring CANARY restaurant building as this entire area has become a large scale development to build housing for the upcoming Pan Am games, after which the units will be sold off as condos.
