 Overview
 Description
It's an industrial warehouse space located on the Junction Road silos site, with train tracks inside. When it was abandoned, there was tons of graffiti inside but with the extensive renovation for reuse in 2010, the graffiti is most likely gone.

  •  Interesting Features
Apart from having the first graffiti pieces from Toronto, the building is a cool space. One side of the building has train tracks in it as it is just west of West Toronto Diamond. The tracks inside the building can accommodate probably 15 storage hoppers inside, so the space is really long.

Until the 2010 renovation, kids piled a shit load of 'appropriated materials' from stores in the neighbourhood which they obviously used as a skate park. New graffiti pieces were located throughout the place but there was no machinery.

     History
This building was the warehouse for Maple Leaf Mills, which operated a large flour mill on the site. The adjacent silos were part of the mill. This location was often referred to as the "Bunsmaster Bakery" because of a sign inside the warehouse. However, it was apparently built as a later addition to the 19th century flour mill that operated on the site until the late 1980s. This building was abandoned since at least the early 1990s as graffiti dates back to 1993, featuring the first pieces by Recka, Sec and Kane in here. Neighbourhood kids have been using the place as an indoor skatepark with appropriate items for ramps.

All access points are now sealed (both welded & asphalted over) and its now owned by CP Rail, with covered hopper cars typically standing next to the warehouse, unloading materials for the cement operation.

    Renovations started in 2010.

     Future Plans
The building has been converted, all the graffiti and street art has been removed and new windows and roll doors were installed.
