Great old art deco motel with some remaining features. Restaurant with a view of the lake and lots of tchatkas to look at. Upstairs lounge is like Hugh Hefner's rec room. Unused bar downstairs with patio and other curious unused things.

Part of Toronto's Motel Strip (now known as Humber Bay Shores Development Area). Built in 1939, refurbished and reopened in 1990. One of only five or six remaining motels in this area. Retrofitted with an Argentinian feel to compliment the fine dining restaurant. The land is owned by developers and is leased by the motel owner. Could be razed for condominiums at any time.
