 Overview
 Description
A vacant 3-story building with 17 apartment units and two retail units. Large basement with sub basements, and huge 15,000 V power feed, and funky old large boiler.

The power is active in the building and various lights are still on.

It doesn't look like anyone has been there recently. However someone must be checking up on it as the power is still active, and there seems to be a active thermostat in the basement.

There are still a few locked doors to some apartments that remain to be explored on a few floors.

A few of the floors on the second floor have some serious water damage.

     History
Been vacant since at least 2004, Probably earlier.

The owner applied for a demolition permit back in 2004. They were requesting to turn it into a parking lot. The city allowed the demolition in principal. However they did not allow a parking lot to be placed there, instead they made the permit conditional upon the owner turning the remains into "open space". This option expired in May 2005, and the building remains.

    ...

Until Spring 2009, when most of the block was demolished.
