 Overview
 Description
Two story house with partial cellar. There are only two rooms on the first floor that are safe to go in, the living room and kitchen. The rest are above the cellar and collapsed already, the stairs are so rickety I felt unsafe looking at them and the upstairs isn't an option. You'll fall through the floor in the kitchen and living room if you aren't careful (Walk on the beams, you can tell where they are), but there's no cellar so it's a one-foot drop to the ground below. I can't stress enough - BE CAREFUL HERE.

 Hazards
  • unsafe flooring
  • The entire house falling down on you.
  •  Interesting Features
1959 Ford Galaxie out back, the fact that it's still standing. The house is kind of an interesting juxtaposition, as the house itself looks very, very old, and the interior appears to have last been decorated mid-60's - very retro. As dangerous as it is, the collapsed rooms are really cool to look in on.
     Security Measures
  • In view of Rt. 328, kind of a rickety bridge to get back to it.
  •  Historical Dates
    Built: 0
    Closed: 1966
     Required Equipment
  • Boots, pants, long sleeves.
  •  Recommended Equipment

     History
Built when lathe and plaster were all the rage, abandoned probably mid to late 1960's, judging by the stuff we found inside - most recent thing found in the brief exploration was a newspaper from 1966. There was also an addition built onto the original structure - you can tell just looking at the side pics, and the cellar is only under the original part, so the addition is the only thing that's not completely gone.

     Future Plans
Will fall down by itself in the very near future - I've got money on next Tuesday.
