 Overview
 Description
The property housed an antique shop and a house where the owners lived. In between them was an "empty" lot that was filled with more antiques and random things. Both the house and the antique shop were accessible. The antique shop was demolished first, and shortly after they took down the house. The house was always sturdy, however the antique shop was very unstable. Two days after a particular visit, the ceiling had caved in one of the side rooms. The antique shop was divided into 9 rooms, spread over 2 floors not including the basement. Even after the owners left, each room still had plenty of furniture and antiques left over. The basement was more of a crawl space, nothing really interesting in there. The house was divided into an upper and lower apartment. The owners left the house quite a while before they sold the property, but there was still quite a bit of stuff in there as well.

     History
Starting out as a Chinese restaurant and then an ice cream shop, this place was turned into an antique shop either in the late 60's or early 70's. Sadly the owners had to sell it, due to the raising of property taxes along the beach and it has now been demolished so that room can be made for townhouses.

The antique shop itself was fun, the owners ended up leaving a lot behind so it was still packed with books, records, furniture, etc. I went into it many times when it was active, and the state of it really didn't change much once it became abandoned. It was always cluttered, and falling apart but the atmosphere of it fit well with the merchandise. Since being closed, I was able to explore it a number of times, and spent a lot of time going through the old books and toys. The place really did have a lot to offer.

The house was alright, there was quite a bit of stuff left in the house as well. I found the layout to be unique. Unfortunately I did not get a chance to take many pictures inside the house, as the doors kept getting boarded up and the neighbors had already caught me trying to get in. The police were also called a number of times on other people who were taking items from the antique shop.
