super trashed, thrashed and vandalized. barely a window intact, but very little tagging. it includes 2 levels, one of which is sub-under ground and the other up a couple small flights of stairs. the interior of the building is basically a mirror image of itself (architecture-wise). (if you cut it in half in the middle, each half would look the same, just reversed.) it also includes an overgrown baseball field and a dilapidated play ground.
*update 2017 - burned to the ground, in 2016.
08/2018 - Gone. It is an empty lot now.
