This is one of the last standing buildings that was once part of the massive Massey-Ferguson factory. This was on the northern edge of the 'Parkdale Yard' and has been standing for ages. The building appears in photos from 1935 and earlier, but the actual construction date is a mystery to me.

This was part of the massive Massey-Ferguson tractor factory that occupied much of the area in the 20's - 50's. The building later became a business 'Incubator' where new companies could start up with reduced rent. During this period it was home to many commercial and light industrial uses. It was known as the "Toronto Business Development Center"
